The wave track we supply and fit is a purpose-built system with wave-specific glider runners at a fixed spacing (typically 60–80mm between runners, depending on the fabric weight and desired fold depth). The track is typically a slimline aluminium profile that mounts to the ceiling or wall.
Ceiling mount vs wall mount: In Dubai's apartments with 3m ceilings, ceiling mounting is the standard approach — the track sits flush to the ceiling with no visible gap above. Wall mounting (on a bracket below the ceiling) is used where ceiling fixings aren't possible due to ceiling type.

- Linen: The most popular choice in Dubai. The natural texture shows beautifully in wave folds, and linen has enough body to maintain the fold shape when opened. UV-stabilised linen is available for south and west-facing windows.
