What "Per Window" Means
When we quote "per window," we mean: one complete window including fabric, lining (if applicable), heading tape or rings, track or pole hardware, and professional fitting. There are no additional charges for measuring, standard delivery, or a single-visit installation. The quote you receive at the home visit is the price you pay.
Window size affects price — a 3m wide, 3m tall living room window costs more than a 1.5m wide bedroom window in the same fabric. Our pricing reflects this, and we quote per window individually at the home visit.

What Drives Price Up — And What to Prioritise
The variables that most significantly affect total cost:
- Window size: The biggest variable. A 4m wide window takes 2.5–3x the fabric of a 1.5m window.
- Fabric quality: There's a real quality range within "linen" or "sheer." Better fabric costs more and lasts longer — the price-per-year argument usually favours better fabric.
- Heading choice: Wave heading costs more than eyelet because it requires a specialist track. The look difference is significant.
- Motorisation: Adds AED 80–200 per window for battery or rechargeable motor. Wired motors cost more but last longer.
If budget is a constraint, the best allocation is: correct blackout in bedrooms first (the highest impact on daily quality of life), then contemporary heading in living room windows (the highest visual impact), then fabric upgrades where budget allows.
