1. About Us

Rex Curtains ("Rex Curtains", "we", "us", "our") provides custom curtain supply and fitting services in Dubai, UAE. By requesting a home visit, placing an order, or using our website at https://rexcurtains.ae, you agree to these terms.

2. Home Visit & Quotation

• Home visits are free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed with an order.
• All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the visit date.
• Prices quoted are per window, fully inclusive of fabric, lining (where specified), heading tape or runners, track or pole hardware, and professional fitting. No hidden charges apply.
• Quotations are based on measurements taken at your property. If window dimensions differ materially at fitting due to changes made after the visit, a revised price may apply.

3. Orders & Deposits

• Orders are confirmed on receipt of a deposit (typically 50% of the total quoted price). No production begins before deposit receipt.
• Fabric and style changes may be made within 48 hours of placing an order, before cutting begins. Changes requested after this period may incur additional costs.
• Cancellations after production has commenced are subject to a charge for materials already cut or processed.

4. Lead Time & Delivery

• Standard lead time is 7–10 working days from order confirmation. This is a guide, not a guarantee. We will notify you of your installation date as soon as production is complete.
• Lead times may be longer during peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, end-of-year). We will advise you at the time of order.
• Installation is carried out in a single visit in most cases. Complex installations spanning multiple floors or rooms may require a scheduled two-visit installation.

5. Payment

• The balance of the quoted price is due on the day of installation, before the fitting team leaves your property.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payment. Payment details are confirmed at the time of order.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Guarantee

• All Rex Curtains installations are covered by a 2-year guarantee from the date of fitting.
• The guarantee covers faults arising from our workmanship or materials — including track failure, bracket failure, heading separation, or lining detachment.
• The guarantee does not cover: fabric fading from UV exposure beyond normal lifespan, damage caused by misuse or accident, or wear resulting from incorrect washing or cleaning.
• To make a guarantee claim, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will arrange a return visit within 5 working days of the claim being reported.

7. Fabric & Colour Accuracy

• Fabric samples shown at the home visit are accurate representations of colour, texture, and weight. However, final curtains may show minor variation between different fabric rolls, which is normal in textile manufacture and not a defect.
• Digital images of fabrics on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colour accuracy depends on your screen settings and we do not guarantee digital-to-physical colour matching.

8. Access & Property

• You are responsible for ensuring our fitting team has unobstructed access to all windows on the day of installation. If access cannot be provided, a rescheduling fee may apply.
• Our fitters take all reasonable care when working in your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, ceilings, or window surrounds, or for damage arising from structural weakness that is not visible at the time of fitting.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of rental income, property damage beyond the immediate window area, or costs arising from delay.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
